It can be rough ordering "generic" or OEM parts at times because drivers can be a nightmare. I kinda chuckled at that thinking that 15 years ago when those OS's were out, the micro USB connection didn't even exist or was very rare to see! The one I ordered stated it was for 98SE and ME. One was listed as compatible with Android tablets but was $17 I think. It looked like a few people are selling the same device but have different descriptions.
